im gonna have maybe $600-700 within this upcoming month.

what should i do with it?
i was thinking about getting an Epiphone Les Paul Custom in Alpine White, and installing an 81/85 EMG combo.
i could probably get that for $700.

or should i save for something more?
maybe a car.
an amp.
etc.

what are your thoughts?

Are your amps tubey? If so, go for it! Although, you seem to already have some pretty fine metal gear, so why not go for something a little different? Give your rig a little more versatility, expand your horizons, and all that...

if your into rhythm guitar playing then id say go all for it! haha its like a dream guitar of mine, but instead im getting another dream guitar, an epiphone explorer and putting in some EMGs. but if your into shred and lead then a great sounding guitar is the Ibanez RG 350 ES, it my current i like it a lot, great for the neoclassical shred thing you can pick it up for about 600 or so? I dont rememberwhat i paid for it lol.

Haha they're odd to get used to I guess? I like it tho. Jacksons are pretty sweet for lead work too. Maybe try looking at ESP guitars? Not to shabby and quite metal.

you cant switch channels without having some weird effects on.
and it sounds very digital.

Anyways... You have a nice metal, and a nice solid rock guitar, and a couple of decent amps. Does your C-1 have EMGs in it? I think they come with EMGs, am I correct? I'd say you need a good tube amp to get the best of you current gear.

Otherwise go for the uniqu-icity, something fun and different, like a ES-335 or somesuch. There's always room for a good blues guitar.

Wow, that sounds pretty sweet. An acoustic is always good, for when you just wanna chill and unwind to some gentle strumming. I have a crappy Encore acoustic though, it buzzes like a jar of bees and has a bent neck, with no truss rod. I'm gonna get a better acoustic when I next have the cash.

Good find, there. Go for it, and you'll still have cash to spare and save up for that important...whatever you want lol.

I have never personally played one, but you can't move for people round here singing their praises. Some go as far as saying they are better than Gibson . I'd defo give them a look.
