Hey, I'm not really good at writing, yet I try every once in a while.

here's something that I wrote a while ago, any tips? criticizes are welcome aswell

[Verse]
I fell off an edge up thousand feet
I climbed up the mountains, sank ocean's deep
and even when i couldn't sleep
I'd come back to you

[Verse]
wonderin' how I got so high
when you've always been there to hide
a part of a riddle which you know I'd find
yet I'd come back to you

[Chorus]
you find yourself in deepest fears
you sleep at night on counting tears
your greatest sheild's insecurity
I came back to you

[Verse]
when I found myself a brand new home
the first thing i wished to know was you
I lived for years in this hopeless dream
a key to my heart, I left it near
but your hands were never here
I came back to you
I came back to you

[Chorus]
you find yourself in deepest fears
you sleep at night on counting tears
your greatest sheild's insecurity
I came back to you
came back to you
back to you
I came back to you

[Bridge]
help me now
tell me that it's all worth it
help me now
tell me that you wish to know more about me
figuire out
what is it that I really want
can't figuire out
what is it that i really want
I really want

[Verse]
I fell off an edge up thousand feet
I climbed up the mountains, sank ocean's deep
and even when i couldn't sleep
I'd come back to you

The way you repeat back to you a lot makes it remind me of "Back To You" by Bryan Adams. Actually I got a vibe the whole time about this that reminded me of that song. The meaning behind the song is pretty clear but I think you could find a better way to explain it, like in the last stanza. It seems vaguer than is should be, and I think you'd be able to make it more descriptive and interesting!

I think I'm gonna look for it, never heard of it before!

thanks, I hope I'll try that next time.
