Well last month I put my Crate Palomino V32 on layaway and today I finally got it. This amp's sound is unbelievable and with my Strat and 335 I finally got the Blues sound I've been looking for. I finally understand why everybody says go get a tube amp if you're gonna play blues. I've played other tube amps at Guitar Center but you can't really appreciate the sound since you have to go compete with other people jamming/trying out amps and guitars. Does anybody else own this amp or the smaller ones like the v16 or v8? Even those pack a punch. Also the footswitch kicks ass.

Yea I think it sounds best with my Gibson. I see you're gonna see Clapton the 24th that's cool. I'm going to see him the 28th in MSG.
