practise alot more on scales, speed exercises and even slow stuf and just change its rythem and tempo and after you've got some speed built up learn alternative picking which you can learn them on this website so there and a little ad on is sweat picking but just taje it in your stride as you go, hope it helpes but i don't really care if it doesn't

Get yourself a metronome start of slow with some basic scales, when you feel comfortable up the tempo by a few beat's
