Gibson, just for looks, 'cause probably both could be evenly matched when they're in the custom shop price range.
#3
Les Paul all the way.
I will show you something different from either
Your shadow in the morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you
I will show you fear in a handful of dust

Excactly, I actually think that the custom shop B.C Rich would be better than the Gibson LP, but since the B.C Rich doesn't match my musical prefrences, I'll have to go with the LP.

Dude, a custom shop BCR probably doesn't even cost as much as a Les Paul Std. these days they are so overpriced (I overexaggerate here)

Anyway, while the Warlocks are decent guitars, they in no possible way can match a real Les Paul if were talking standard range models, e.g Platinum Warlock vs. Standard LP.

This isn't stated anywhere, so I guess were not then.

Yeah, if we did wanna talk Custom shop, I'd say the Riches kick ass. Have you seen some of the beautys on their site? B.C. Rich custom guitars are sick ass, man. I'd give my left testicle for one...

Well, maybe not. But they are good.
#13
The LP of course. Never really liked the warlock even though i'm a huge fan of BC Rich. I'd rather have a Custom/Bodyart BC.Rich than a LP Standard, but never a Warlock.

Good B.C. Rich > Good Gibson.

You sir are an idiot. Gibson makes some of the finest guitars ever made.

a) They don't look as good as a les paul

b) They dont sound as good as a les paul

c) They arent les paul's...........i rest my case

youd have to be retaded to want a b.c rich over an lp

yeah, and you are so smart yourself

but seriously, i think any custom shop bc rich would kick any les pauls ass, too bad all the manufactured BC Rich's suck, so im gonna say les paul is better
Go get your shovel.

this thread reminds me of how sad it is that the bc rich area in the music stores never gets visited.

almost everything is better than bc riches.

A top end B.C.Rich in my opinion is worth having over a Les Paul of the same price. Ie:
£700 B.C.Rich NJ series and some crappy (by LP standards) £700 Gibson.
#23
To think B.C Rich's were actually good back in the 80's, sad what they have become now. Even though I don't really care for LP's I would go for one of them instead of any B.C.
