hey guys, Ive been playing a little over a year, and Ive gotten pretty good, but I have a nasty habit of just learning like the intro or first parts of a song. I know its me sometimes, but other times, the songs really sound terrible with only a guitar going during the chorus parts ( they have other guitar, drums, etc. going in the real song). Are there any ways to get around this or do I just have bad luck in the songs I choose? thanks in advance.

i have the same prob.
if you ever have a band or your playin the song with other people who might be playin the bass or drums the whole song should be learned.
but if your just showin off with friends, no one really cares to hear the chorus (unless their singin along).
