Hi guys,
Short and simple.. I am recording a B-52 AT-100 head with a Line cab into my Korg D1600 mixer with a Sennheaser 609 Instrument mic...Problem is when I record I can hear very clearly the sound of pick plucking and chugging the chords.. Anyone know how to do away with this?? I am far enough from the mic that it's not me being to close to it.. Thanks, Joe

try placing the microphone at the bottom right speaker, angled up and facing doward the "meat" of the speaker, instead of the center of the speaker. if you have other mics, i'd recommend putting one about 2-4 feet off the ground about 3-4 feet away, and maybe one about 6 feet high about 10 feet away, that should give you a pretty decent sound, and you can pick and mix around to get what you want, the one furthest away should give you more bass, etc. let me know if you need any more help
