I have a tune for review. Just go to the link, and take a listen to "Retaliation". I would like to know:

1) What you think of the quality of the recording
2) What could be changed/fixed/added to in order to make it better
3) What is the worst parts
4) What is the best parts

Nice tune. The recording quality is better than some professional albums I've heard. What are you using to record? As for things to make it better, I think the rhythm fills on what what appear to be the verse should be harmonized. I think it would give it a good sound. The leads were very well done. I also like the tone. I cant really pinpoint anything i didnt like about it. Job very well done. I also like the synth in the background towards the end. gives it a bit more of a dynamic feel to it. Keep at it.

Damn, that sound pretty badass dude. I liked it! Very good quality recording. The solo was BADASS lol The first little part of it reminded me alot of Mike Tysons Punchout on old school nintendo or it could be music to a nintendo game lol. I think the synth may have been a bit loud, but it was a good addition. I liked it!

Yeah, love the crunchy & heavy guitars. The drums didn't sound very good, to be honest. Maybe get a better drum machine or something. Some nice occasional harmonies. Good production too. The only thing you need is a little bit of originality.

Hmmm, it sounds awesome, dude, i really actually the drums, i mean the double bass is pretty damn good. But, you need a bassline. The riffs in the beginning were killer, it grew a tad mehas it progressed because it lacked vocals, like the chords in the middle i think are meant to be enhanced much more by vocals, so thats what you need. Pretty good metal/tone you've got there.

Would you crit mine?

This was a very cool intro for a headbangy song. You played it well , the sound quality for superb and the melody was spectacular .
Nothing else to add , Only when and IF you make another song that continues from this one , remove the fade out effect from retaliation so the next can take its place .

I put a dollar in a change machine. Nothing changed.

Good quality, Decent riffing (not my style of metal, sorry I am a elitist when it comes to metal), Nice solo at the end...

But..

It just ends. Work on the ending, maybe fade it out (Maybe myspace failed and cut the song short for me?).

wow this is pretty sweet. so much different from hardcore that i usually hear, freaking heavy as hell befre that little two step part. wasnt a big fan of the chorus part i guess it was, where it slowed down again. pretty cool melodies, and solo and stuff, but the best thing was the intro (now that i think about it, with the moelody kinda reminded me of iced earth a little), just seemed so heavy i dont know why, but i think it was the rhytm underneath it. nice ending too ;-)
