I'd say discipline. That's not what anyone wants to hear but it will pay off.

i've only seen parts of discipline but it seems really good and it's petrucci.. .and he usually knows what he's talking about
only heard of speed kills but seeing as they're both pretty well known, they're both probably very good and either would do it.
