I want to practice the major scale so are there any songs or ways that will help me do this?

Sweet Child O Mine is in D Major all the way up to the solo then i believe it changes to B Minor or E Minor

The chord progression changes then during the solo Slash does a chromatic walk up to E Minor. its all theory if you dont understand theory you wont understand key changes

yeh I'm trying to learn it now, theres so much. Also are the major scale shapes moveable up and down the neck or do they change?

it changes from Emaj to Gmaj on the version i play, theres a couple different versions of the song out there.

lol'd SCOM is in G Major and changes to E Minor in the solo, which is actually the same, just another feeling and root note
