Umm...if you have musicmatch player u can go to their website and download the mp3 remix. I found that to work even though i never downloaded it for slowing down songs.

edit: it's called "MP3 Remix Player"

Acid Pro does a damned good job of it.

It will also allow you to change the pitch of any song without it speeding up or slowing down.

There's a plugin for Winamp that does the same thing... You can change the speed (up/down) without pitch, adjust pitch as well (up/down), or any combo of the two. I forget the name off the top of my head, but it's on the Winamp.com plugins section
