Hi!!

I have a question, I wanna do like Hendrix, I'm a lefty, but I play right-handed.

I want to take a Left-Handed guitar and change it into a Right-Handed guitar. Pretty much like hendrix, but on the other side

Hendrix used single coils, so some strings sounded different while inverted.

If I use humbucker, will it do the same?

''Probably''

I thought it would, but the sound that hendrix used was because of the angled coil on the strat? I think so. Am I wrong?

Hendrix mainly uses the middle pickup on his strat.

Here's a concept: more of the "Hendrix tone" came from his bridge pickup being slanted towards the bass side of the bridge than it did because of the stagger of the pole pieces. Staggered pole pieces offer a slight change in emphasis, but not as much as reangling the pickup, changing the part of the string that vibrates through its field. And his tone wasn't really that different in the neck or mid positions.
