On my cheapo guitar for some reason when i bought it i got it with a silver shiney bridge, I figure it'd look a heap better with a matt black style finish (i know it's only a bridge, but when the rest of your guitar is black and the bridge is stickin out like that it's kinda horrid). Can i just spray paint the bridge, is there something i should know about it? it's a standard strat style trem.

cheers.

Well, you CAN paint the brudge if you want. Just like someone saying you CAN eat a baby. It is possible, but it might not work out the best.

You could go out and buy a black bridge, or some chrome pick-up rings and knobs if you want.

You can spraypaint the bridge if you want, but it won't stick very well, and if you palm mute alot, it will end up looking like ****in a couple months.
