i bought some zakk wylde boomers today. I need some serious help on truss rod adjustments for those strings. I dont want to warp my neck. Do i need to do anything else besides adjusting the truss rod??? thanks

the guy at the shop just said to adjust my truss rod a couple days before i put them on. I just want to know how much to adjust it.

also, if i tune those those strings down a lot, will i have to adjust the truss rod??
