Hi,

I have a Gibson SG copy guitar (a decent one by Tokai) and i have been modifying it, but what i need to know is, can i have two humbuckers sharing one tone pot and if so, will i lose anything? (eg. lose some tone or something else by doing this?)

ps. if it's important, i believe the tone pot is 500k, with a green capacitor attached to it. the humbuckers are both gibson ones (a classic '57, and some other one)

cheers

Yeah. But in truth, your better off leaving it as two or just disabling the tone pots. Without them the sound (IMO) is much clearer and smoother.
