Alright, I bought my Epiphone Les Paul (Plain-top) at guitar center awhile ago, and I was thinking about changing strings.

Though I don't know what gage is on currently.
Does anyone know what the stock strings are?

I'm assuming .9's.

They are probably .9's or .10's.

Taylor GS8
Fender American Strat (w/DiMarzio pickups)

Your assumption should be correct.

Yeah, but thanks guys.
I'll go with .9's and even if they are .10's, it shouldn't affect anything.

Thanks.

When i got my Epi, they had 10's on them, because I rememebr using 9's all the time, and when i got it the strings were slightly thicker, and I've used 10's ever since.
