i was starting to paint a guitar, and after priming it, i saw that some areas were sanded more than others (it wasn't as smooth). i now think it's because i sanded off the sealer, so, do i have to sand the primer off and re-seal it? or will it be fine?

Sand it untill its really smooth, then spray it with filler primer. That will fix any imperfections. After that dries, sand it again.
