Ok on most telecasters there are 2 single coil pickups, one is a standard single coil (bridge) and the other is...? What's it called and what is the difference in that to any other single coil?

its the neck pickup. or a lipstick pickup. there just diffrent sized/shaped and really country sounding (usually). the bridge is also diffrent then a normal SC. its a little wierder shaped.

Well, it's a single coil pickup, just with a triangular base. But it's not like the one in a Strat, if that's what you mean by standard.

I love the tele neck pickup. In fact, it's the reason i got a tele. Very smooth and bassy, and can sound great with a little distortion. The cover makes the pickup bassier.
