Hello everyone, What's a good song for me to learn. I've been playing guitar for about 8-9 months and I'm into bluesy rock, classic rock, grunge, and acoustic/alternative...RHCP, Van Halen, Creed, CCR, Jimi, SRV, Zeppelin, Nirvana, Audioslave, Pearl Jam...A song that I could play all the way through too, not some crazy Eddie Van Halen solo...Thanks

Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult
Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Maybe not so much your style, but All the Young Dudes by Mott the Hoople.

crazy train

No way would that song be simple enough. Remember, he said the whole way through I can play it but ive been playing for 2 years and some parts are fairly complicated. not just within the solo either. I guess it all depends on how good you've gotten in 8-9 months.
People think im insane becuase i am frowning all the time.

The first song I ever learned how to play was Nothing Else Matters by Metallica, it's fairly easy, took me 10 minutes to learn. And I didn't have a clue how to play guitar when I learned it. Another good one is Ozzy's Mama I'm Comin' Home. Easy peasy.
