I recently got new strings that are lighter than the ones i usually play with and i noticed alot of string buzz esp. on lower strings/frets. Anything i can do to minimize/stop this?

Thanks

its the action, you need to get it sorted, take it to a guitar tech, they usually do it for about £10, (no idea what that is in U.S)

I also told a girl I knew how to make bombs and I was suspended from school. I hate snitches, I swear.

if they're lighter it may be they're rattling in the nut. if this is the cause, a bit of graphite in the nut grooves will fix it.

though, more than likely, it's the action. it's best to take your guitar to a tech, like buddy bomber said.

I don't understand why it would be the action though if it was fine with heavier strings...
