I like it alot!
The song varied itself a lot so I was happy (not bored) listening to it the whole way though. The chords went really well together. If you play electric, slap a solo in there and start shredding (if possible.) I was improvising to it while listening and came up with some cool stuff. Tone could have been better, but I have no idea what you're using...

All I can say is learn how to tune your guitar. But overall good job.

I've listened to your other recordings and they're not too bad. Just get a better mic and you're set.
