Don't know the difference and buying single pedals reels up a big bill but:
Overdrive: Boss SD 1
Chorus: Electro Harmonix Small Clone
Delay: Boss DD6
Sustain: Boss C3 Sustainer/Compresser
Phaser: MXR Phase 90

But yes ^ a Boss ME-50 is a multieffects pedal and would probably have everything you need for £150.

boutique pedals are made by a small company, as opposed to being mass produced. they are usually more expensive, but that doesnt make them better. try them out to see what you like.
The Gear:

Custom Strat
Mesa Boogie Stiletto Ace
Fulltone OCD
Electro Harmonix Small Clone Chorus
Dunlop Crybaby Classic
MXR EVH-117 Flanger
Fulltone Soul Bender

Chorus: Electro-Harmonix Small Clone
Delay: Line 6 Echo Park
Phaser: Electro-Harmonix Small Stone Phase Shifter

You might want to look into those.
