I herd this guitar is allways going out of tune and i assume its the same with the king v and kelly of the same caliber. 1 of thoes 3 guitars is what i finally agreed on getting. I was going to replace all the hardwear with black hardwear, would this help if i bought better parts?

Mostly ppl that give reviews on those are 1st time users, so perhaps the strings arent properly stretched. If you really like the neck, the feel and all, then get it. If tuning problem comes to you in near future, just upgrade the tuners to some Gotoh locking tuners.

It probably has a subpar trem. And a floating trem that won't stay in tune is a bad, bad thing, which will drive you insane.
I will show you something different from either

Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you
I will show you fear in a handful of dust
