Ive been watching classical guitar videos and I'm not sure what theyre doing. I cant really see but with their right hand they are picking the strings in different positions and it produces a beautiful sound.
Are you talking about natural harmonics? If so, just play your finger over the 12th fret bar(the metal part, there is different frets where it works too) but don't press down all the way. Just make sure your fingers are barely touching the strings and strum.

But... if you knew harmonics existed to begin with you might not be talking about natural harmonics.
^^ tapped harmonics. Basically, she 'fretted' a harmonic with one finger of her strumming hand, and played the note with another finger that was behind the harmonic.
I enjoy a hearty roast dinner...
