I love how easy it is to do alternate tunings on my new guitar with the tune-o-matic bridge.... but.... is there some kind of d-tuner system for those bridges ?

I've seen billy sheehan use something like that on his bass. It was atached to his tuneing mechs at the head.

Why would you need that on a hardtail?! It's like a turn on the tuning peg and bam! you're in drop D...

i thought of it like using it for droping all the string a complete step down or into an open E for my slide etc ....

that hipshot look nice... its about that what i saw on billys yamaha. anyother system like that ? maybe a bit cheaper maybe ? :P

i can put a guitar from standard to drop C in less than 10 seconds. so i never understood why something like that would be of value to me.

You don't argue with tubadude on Washburn-related matters, he flosses with the G string from a set of 0.12's y'know....and it's WOUND!
