I just wanted to know some things I should do before playing to prevent injury. Like some streches, warmup exercises, ect.

to prevent injury i only screw groupies in the missionary position

i just play a few slower tunes like Welcome #home and Sandman but then again, my arms really hurt laterly and i'm thinking of seeing my GP about it, guess streching is the best idea

I usually pop/stretch my fingers by interlocking them and pushing outward...you know. Pushing your hands up against a wall upright and upside down helps stretch wrist muscles.

I dont do this as a ritual or anything....usually I just shake my hands uncontrollably in the air.
