this isnt a mode, but the 'sweet child o mine' (guns n roses) solo is in E harmonic minor, its awesome

John Frusciante plays a lot of his solos on various different albums in Myxolydian.

o and the E phrygian mode, when played with Am and E7, sounds very very very spanish classical guitar

yer because the Ahavo Rabo is a mode of the Harmonic minor scale.

its the same as phrigian dominant

Sorry, thought you said Phrygian (minus the dominant).
