I'm interested in the L. R. Baggs T-Bridge (Piezo pickup bridge) for my Les Paul. Here

But I am confused as to what extra wiring is needed. Can I just have it wired so a certain position in the pickup selector activates it? Does it need a 9-volt to run, or only if you get the preamp too? Do you need the preamp?

Thanks.

yea it doesnt look like it needs a battery, problably just drops right in, they look pretty sweet too.... and you should hook it up to a push pull pot not a switch, or you could make it like some carvins and put an additional jack and run a seperate cable, then swich it externally... i can make a pedal that will do that for you......45 bucks..
