Pretty self-explanitory. The bands are:

Trivium
Dragonforce
Bullet For My Valentine etc, etc.

Could someone explain the boundaries between Metal and Nu-Metal to me please?

Dragonforce are power metal, and therefore belong here.

Trivium, Bullet for my Valenfaggot, etc, all go to the metalcore/hardcore forum.

Metal is true. Nu-metal is false.

do we need any more clarification?

There is a stickied list at the top of this page over bands that do not belong here, you'd do well to read that.

Touché. So do Children Of Bodom count as metal, as they're not on the list...

CoB WERE metal, and therefore still can be talked of here...but "Are You Dead Yet?" STILL royally sucked.

Yes please. True to what exactly? Not that I give a shat about Metal vs. Nu-Metal vs. Power Metal vs. MetalCore vs. Plastic Metal, it's all the same to me. Id just like that clarification.
They've done studies, ya know. 60% of the time, it works, everytime

Yes, they do count as metal, if you had read to whole list, you'd see that they are on there.

But we were talking about the list over bands that you're NOT supposed to put in the metal-forum. Hence, CoB aren't on that list.
