After posting 4 previous threads to narrow my search for my new bass guitar, i have come down to 7 bass guitars:

1. Schector Stilletto Studio-4
2. Schector Stilletto Elite-4
3. Peavey Millenium BXP
4. MusicMan Stingray
5. Ibanez BTB200
6. Fender American Deluxe Jazz DMT
7. Ibanez Sr Series (i'm not sure which one from the sr series i should get)

after this thread, im pretty sure i can narrow it down to one bass guitar. thanks for the advice.

I like Fender Basses, but, not actually owning a bass, am probably not that worth listening to. Still, they're cool.
Feel free to ignore my ranting.

A recent study shows that 8% of teenagers listen to nothing but music with guitars in it. Put this in your sig if you're one of the 92% who isn't a close-minded moron.

What? No ESP?

I own a Precision Bass and a F-104, the ESP is far superior to the Fender.

Of the basses you mentioned, I suppose either a Schecter or Music Man, but you should definatly look into ESPs.

If you have the means to, you should try them all out and see for yourself. We can only provide personal experience, and our prefrences are subjective to yours.
Once you get to the top, the only way to go is down.

I'd go with the Fender, they are a good choice for most people.

However, in your place, I'd go with the Stiletto Studio
Schecterman's Accomplice, of the Schecter Stiletto Players Will Rule The World Club. PM Fett13 or Your41Plague12 to join.
