Practice Practice Practice man. You can't get better at anything without practice. Oh, and mustard too.

I play like I'm breaking out of jail.

O man, here are some:

All along the watchtower (Hendrix)
Comfortably Numb
Sultans of Swing
So much Van Halen
Crazy Train
Mama Kin - quick but I love it, fits perfectly

ugh I can't think of any more right now. This hurts me to not be able to think.
Just a few;
Adrian Smiths solo to Wasted Years [Iron Maiden]
Glenn Tiptons in Painkiller also his one on Beyond the Realms of Death [Judas Priest]
Synyster Gates' Second Heartbeat outro solo [Avenged Sevenfold]
The 3 consecutive solos to No More Lies - Dave, then Adrian, then Janick [Iron Maiden]

So much more, hard to type just a few...
I like heartfelt ones, expressive and energetic, just overall feeling. Not into shred, some exceptions but I'm really just into the solos that makes you stop and go "Wow man..."
*shrugs* I don't know...
