back room is a god album i'll give them that
Man kills everything

Great Band, remind of Joy Division and Interpol, Bullets was the best song of 2005 IMO

A lot of hype over some **** that I've already seen. If I wanted to listen to Joy Division, I'd listen to Joy Division, not some ****ty rip off band.
you tell me who's better. i think good charlote are better than the bealtes but that's only because their lyrics mean more and they are better musicians.

really good band,

more single-based though imo, cos the albums a bit boring.

Meh... they reminded me of Coldplay covering Joy Division.

the album definitely gets boring but individually the songs are pretty good. Does it really matter THAT much that they sound like joy division? I think the similarity with Interpol is clearer and more annoying...but that could just be me i suppose.

and i dreamed i was amongst the ones
that put him out to death.

I think their album is pretty good, Not boring at all. Any band which ounds like Joy Division is good in my book.

Interpol sound more like JD than Editors do, i dont think the albums boring

Joy Division>Interpol>Editors

Once it gets to 2 >'s I stop caring.

Interpol sounds like Joy Division, but they're more than that, and their albums are ALBUMS. Their songs don't run together like the Editors'.

I think theyr fab. It doesnt matter who they sound like, music is music !

I saw them live back in November, supporting Franz Ferdinand..I hadnt even heard of them, but when they came on stage and started playing they just blew me away.

I don't think the album is boring but there are two tracks that are.

If I want a Joy Division type band I'll definately listen to Interpol.

Editors dont sound that much like JD, you can see the influence but they're not exactly like them. i read somewhere when paul banks from interpol was asked did JD influence them he said he had never heard of them, i think.
