Where does fuzz go in a signal chain?

I would say, after the Wah, before the modulation and filters.

really? right now my order is bass, compression, wah, envelope filter, synth, distortion, overdrive, EQ, chorus, flange, tremolo, delay, amp.

Wouldn't it go somewhere by my distortion/overdrive units?

ok, a few more things-

"pitch" would be like a whammy, octave, etc. right?

What would a bass synth (like the Ibanez) be considered, and where should it go?

and if fuzz is a type of distortion, in what order should distortion/overdrive/fuzz go? I've got a Boss ODB-3 Bass Overdrive, Russian Big Muff, and a DOD Fuzz.
