Alright so i've seen that some of the users on UG are quite apt with electronics, and i've been toying around with them for some years now. I've got a 5 watt tube amp, and a FET guitar preamp, so i've started to look at building some pedals. What do you guys that are pretty good with electronics think i should attempt to build with the experience that i have.

you should start out with a booster or a rangemaster clone then move to a fuzz (because they are easy) and then to overdrives and distortions so you have some experience under your belt
and know what you are doing.

I've thought about building a tube distortion pedal since i have some experience with tubes, anyone thing that this should be an easy thing to do. It's based on the McTube schematic on www.ax84.com
