I recently got new gear and wanted to try them out. Its an Ibanez SA160 and a Roland Microcube. This is also my first attempt at line-in recording so the quality of this recording should be far superior to all my other ones. I didnt take great care in accuracy, just 1 or two attempts at each solo. You cant hear the second solo or the distorted acoustic part very well because i had some problem with the recording and it had lots of static on those parts, so i tried removing the noise and that worked, but it also affected the music a little bit. Its not extremely bad, i dont think it really hurt the recording cuz u can still hear it. Anyways, here it is:

The minute I saw Roland MicroCube I went ohh no....I was loving he clean tone but the distortion wanst great.....Get a new amp is my opinion (Need I state the obvious..)

Clean tone was awesome. Distortion was decent.

On to the playing. The first solo sounds about spot on. Great job.

The distorted harmony parts inbetween the solo sounded really off.

Second solo was decent. Work on the bends.

Overall, pretty good. Do the whole thing!

the fist solo was awsome, (what recording program do you use?) the rythm part you should of let ring a bit more.

i also took the liberty of listning to improvisation 1 wihich was enjoyable but you should work on the vibrato.

I used Audacity to record this.

Yea all of the other recordings are months old, thats why they arent up to standard.
