could you guys please recommend me some good blues stuff, skill--> intermediate.

i had been playing a lot of rock since i first took a guitar in my hands, but more and more my music taste has changed a lot. from satriani, malmsteen, vai, to clapton, steve ray vaughn, b.b. king.

blues is the real thing i've realized. i've been suffering from "blues fever" lately, and i need some blues solos and riffs, BADLY

^layla and sunshine of your love isnt really blues,

learn the 12 bar blues and most blues will seem easy, and as GuitarBoy said, Pride and Joy is a great beginners blues piece

It's mostly influenced by the blues, so I suggest anything Clapton from his early days.

Here's all you need to play blues

1. I-IV-V
2. Shuffle
3. Chromatic movement
4. Minor Pentatonic and from there the Blues scale
5. 7th's
6. 9th's
That's what you'll find in nearly all blues

As for some songs
Call Me the Breeze - J.J. Cale
Sweet Home Chicago - Buddy Guy
Smokestack Lightning - Howlin' Wolf, The Yardbirds, Hubert Sumlin...
Jesus Just Left Chicago - ZZ Top
"There's Jimmy Page, one of the biggest thieves of American black music to ever walk the Earth."
