What should be my goals while playing scales? I mean im playing them i have memorized them over the entire fretboard, what now?? Do i need to memorize the notes on the fretboard or shud I play sub-consciously?

The notes that are in the scale that make it major, minor etc

The formula for the scales.

What chord progressions to use them over.

practicing scales is good for one thing; pointing out flaws in technique, and that's it...people say they've learned all the modes when in fact they can only play them up and down at high speeds...you must learn how to use them and what notes to stress, how to add color tones, what chords to play them over, etc...improvisation over backing tracks is the key

it took you 15 consecutive hours of practice to realize that playing guitar makes you better at playing guitar. congratulations.
