For the Green Day cover contest. First time I actually edited a song. I also recorded two guitar parts, panned one left and one right. So... check it out.

just listening to the intro now, did you edit what you played to get the chords muted so cleanly? and whatever it is your doing around 2:05, it sounds insanely stupid and you can tell that its heavily edited.

and btw being a session guitarist requires a little more skill and experience, but good luck anyways!

That's quite the tone you got there...

Pretty generic song, not much you can do bad. How long have you been playing?

I'd say country or bluegrass would be pretty difficult, for being inbred is a pre-requisite

^Don't listen to these dickheads.

It wasn't that bad. It was rather good for you age/how long you've been playing. Keep on practicing dude.

^^^^Yeah.

It was good, i love how the mutes are so clean, and how someone finally covered something not from american idiot. You just have to work on your tone, and it would be perfect. good job for your age to, i started playing bass when i was 12, and this was the first song i learned how to play, even though i'm not a big fan of green day
