i think he's just talking about the muted string strums that he sometimes incoporates.....apart from those weird waka waka bits the chords are correct, its just a matter of learning the strumming pattern from the cd, much easier than on tabs.....

Yeah, the "Fast waka waka..." is muted hits, but not hard ones, see how sometimes he tabs X and sometimes x?

The Xs are just hit harder.

To do them is simple, place your left hand fingers on the strings, but don't push them down, just touch them. Now strum

There is a "DM", I assume the tabber meant Dm... doesn't really matter, just my preference... but the chord is really a Dm7.
