Hey everyone!
I bought Marshall JCM800 100W head, model 2210, and got it all repaired. And the thing is following: I think the head is too quiet!! When I put my guitar directly to input, I can turn master knob to 9-10 and other two channels also to 8-9 and you can still be in the room . But if I plug my guitar first in my ZOOM and then to input loudness is OK (at 3-4 you can feel the eartquake !!!)
I tried this with four guitars, four tubes on amplifier are OK - is it possible, that tubes on pre-amp are bad? Do you think something else is wrong/bad?
Thank's for all suggestions.

Hmm, is the impedence of the cab and head matching?
Maybe you could replace all the valves and see what happens.
