Hey all,
I'm getting a 4-input amp (Hayseed ftw!) and need an A/B/Y box for it. While I've heard mixed reviews about the Morley ABY box, it seems that the noise and tone suck comes from ground loops and phase issues, neither of which would be an issue when using it to switch between the inputs on the same amp (that's true, right?). Anyway, in the interest of saving up some cash for a decent cab, I'm hoping that the Morley will be ok for what I'm using it for.

To make a long story short:
Am I going to get ground loop noise and/or tone suck using a Morley ABY to switch between inputs?

i don't think so...if you do ground it properly. and get a good power supply.

Cheap amps are "that bad". They suck up your tone like cocaine at Kate Moss' party.
