which is better for iron maiden type heavy metal?

randa;; RH150G3 or the peavey valve king?


please no suggestions on what i should get other than any of these.......

I can't tell you, cause I never heard of either of these, but a nice peavey or crate amp is good, as well as a nice Ibenez guitar(not a fan of either, but a fan of the music you are describing) If you are truely good, it shouldn't matter.

yeah not to mooch your thread, and easy on the question marks lol..but can the valveking do maiden? and I've read alot of reviews that it cant do modern metal, do you think it could with an OD?

Used JCM 900, Maiden in a box. Lol, sorry. Maybe you could squeze Maiden out of a Valveking. Who knows. I think by "modern metal" they mean that scooped mids, boosted bass and treble noise that some of those "nu metal" eeejits play. Hmmm.

yea last few randalls i tried didnt work with anything but scooped mids, and if the valveking is anything like the classic 30, youre better playing unplugged. hate to say it but marshall is your best bet, seeing that is what maiden use.
