Hey! I've been practicing a whole lot of time with the metronome running through this practice on my guitar, where the numbers represent the fret numbers on each string.
E: 1-2-3-4
A: 2-3-4-5
D: 3-4-5-6
G: 4-5-6-7
B: 5-6-7-8
e: 6-7-8-9

I was wondering if you guys knew about any other exercises I could do, or sites that had exercises of that sort to build my dexterity and speed?

Thanks in advance!

Search in the tabs for Steve Vai's 10 hour workout. Those are some great picking/left hand exercises for building agility.

Try this out... alternating picking (down, up, down, up). You can go all the way down and back.
