So it looks like Sleep Terror has just acquired a vocalist...

Pretty good stuff actually.

Wow.

Never would've imagined...

Vocals sound good. Just general death metal vocals really.

Certainly sounds better with vox though.

My weirdest dream would have to be when I dreamed that I met this chick I really liked and wanted to practice sex, so I practiced on some guy I met at a gas station...that was pretty screwed up.

Sweet.

Now just get a bassist.

They probably wont. Its a pain in the ****ing ass to find a solid bassist, let alone one tight enough to play sleep terror.

I could name some bassists that could do some Sleep Terror on the side. Hell, even some of the studio greats could do it.

Leland Sklar looks pretty metal.

Or Steve Swallow, amazing bassist.

Yeah The VOX are alright, I still can't take too much of the badn though.

How many of you guys know a bassist (in person) that plays tight enough to be in a group like sleep terror?

Not many.

I don't know a single person who could do that.

Now on top of that, how many will relocate to Seattle to play in the band?

Session musicians are session musicians, fill-in musicians are exactly that- fill ins for shows or tours. Its hard to find someone with enough talent, time and devotion to such a project.

I'm not saying it wont happen, I am however saying its much easier to play without a bassist than to waste time looking for one.

Sleepterror doesn't need bass anyway imo.
