So im building a guitar from scratch, im going to model the design of a 1967 Gibson Flying V, but with a bolt-on neck. Alder body, Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard, Seymour Duncans, tonepros bridge but string thru body, and the best part the paintjob. I am going to make it white with blue flames. OOOO YEA!

If you have any tips on how to construct the body and neck, what tools to use, routing tips, it would help me immensely

Buy the neck. Warmoth. Trust me. Unless you've made one before, you don't want to screw that up. One small mistake can ruin the entire project. PM me if you need help.
