ok now i took out the 2 shims between the body and the neck of my epi g-310 so the bolt on joint would be firmer but now the intonation on my high e string is absolutely fu**ed up. I tried to fix this using the fff rule (fret flat forward) which i interpreted to mean that if the note behind the 12th fret is flat compared to the harmonic at the 12th fret then you have to move the little part of the bridge foward, but no matter where i move it, the note is always flat compared to the harmonic.
Any help is desperatly needed
peace
