Wah goes first. Followed by Distortion and OD effects.
Put modulation effects like Chorus last, or in the effects loop if you have one.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

Normal Chain Order-
1. Wah
2. Distortion/OD
3. Delay
4. Reverb

stick the tuner in front too.

1. Guitar
2. Matrix Tuner
3. Crybaby Original
4. Digitech Bad Monkey Tube Overdrive
5. Boss DS-2 Turbo Distortion
6. Small Stone EH Phaser
7. Rocktron Tsunami Chorus/Ambience
8. Amp

But that is just how I would do it.

Ok....Now I've always wanted to know this....whats a loop? effect ---> amp ---> effect ---> back to amp? how do i do that?

If your amp has an effects loop, you'll see two jacks somewhere on the amp usually marked 'Send' and 'Return'. Basically, any effects that would normally go after overdrive/distortion in your effects chain - essentially any modulation, reverb or delay effects - should go in the effects loop if you're using amp overdrive. You connect it all up with normal leads, so it goes Send jack --> pedals --> Return jack.
