There are plenty. Do you mean notes on the fretboard, or just some basic theory. you know the notes are a, b, c, d, e, f and g right?

check out musictheory.net as they have some great tutorials.

If you mean the fretboard, i set my metronome to a slow speed, and i start on the first A on the G string. then by the next tick of the metronome i have to find the other A on that string, then on the D string all the way up to E. then i do b, c, d, e, f and g all the same.

You'll know it in a week mate if you do that for half an hour a night

edit: and before someone says it, yes i know there are sharps and flats.
