On my tele, the neck pickup is sort of on an angle and its not very straight...i just noticed like a week ago and i dont know if it was always like this...will this affect the sound and should i adjust it? and how do i adjust it

If by angle, you mean one end is sticking closer to the strings than the others, all guitars can do that. By raising or lowering the bass/treble side of the pickups you can even your sound out more.

There should be two screws next to it. Those will raise/lower each side.

the height of pickups should be diffeferent to balance out the sound in whole. and if the screws dont fit in the drill holes in your guitar to line up with the screw holes on the guitar and then it should work.
