Parker Fly Mojo.

I know a semi-pro guitarist who plays jazz and uses that... I've been meaning to ask him about it but I haven't been able to go to many shows lately.

Back to the question... I use a Schecter, which is alright, but I need something for shred that offers better access to the upper frets.

Don't bother, the bridge sucks.

Bridge also sucks.

Generally the "good" Ibanez bridges, from "best" to worst: Lo-Pro Edge, Edge, Edge Pro...

If I were you, I'd go with a fixed bridge RG. Unless you're going Prestige you're not going to get one with a good bridge.

That's just too gaudy for me. It's a nice finish, just not for me.

The Edge Pro II on those arent the best trem out of Ibanez production. It could hold pretty long prior that you set it up properly and not put too much pressure to it. It could be swapped with an Edge Pro but you gotta add another $250 for that. If that's your price range then just go for an Ibanez RG1570 Prestige its soo much better.
